How do I make a return?

For all returns, items must be unwashed and unworn, and accompanied by the invoice associated with the order. If you do not have your invoice on hand, please email us at sammy@black-biscuit.com for a copy. Our return policy is honored within 30 days of the date purchased on our website. All orders past this time frame cannot be returned.

For all exchanges, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping methods and speeds vary between carriers. If you are returning a larger order, please note that tracking information or signature confirmation is recommended to ensure that the return arrives in our warehouse.
Black Biscuit is willing to work with you as much as we can. If you need to exchange an item for a similar size or a different product of the same cost, we can make sure that we get that taken care of. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unwashed and unworn and accompanied by the invoice associated with the order. If you do not have your invoice on hand, please email us at sammy@black-biscuit.com for a copy.

Once your exchange has been received at our warehouse, we will process another package back to your shipping address. We will send you an email confirming this. All exchanges will be sent out via USPS or FedEx. Expedited exchanges can be made at an additional cost. Please include a small note indicating the product that you would like to exchange for.
What happens if I return a sale item?
If applicable, sale items that are returned will be refunded for price of the item on sale.
My items are missing / incorrect
That’s our bad! If we messed up your order, please shoot us an email at sammy@black-biscuit.com or call us at our toll-free number 855-978-6888 and we’ll get it taken care of on our end.
I have a defective product
We stand by our products 100%, but sometimes, something goes wrong. For all defective products, please email us at sammy@black-biscuit.com so that we can get you taken care of and ensure we make it right!
Can I add more products after I've already ordered?
As much as we’d love for you to get more Black Biscuit products, adding products after you have ordered is not possible solely due to the fact that we do not save payment information post-purchase. That being said, we can definitely work with you on it and make sure you get the products you want. If you forgot to add something to your order, just shoot us an email at sammy@black-biscuit.com and we’ll get it taken care of!
How will my refund be processed?
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will process a refund back to your original method of payment and send you an email confirming that we have both received the return and processed the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process back to your original method of payment.
I haven't received my refund
If you haven’t received your refund, please allow 2-5 business days for your refund to post back to your original payment method. The estimated processing time depends on your bank. For all refunds past this window, please contact your credit card company or your bank.

How long is my warranty?
The warranty for all unused and unworn products is 30 days from the date of purchase.
When will my order ship?
BISCUIT ONLINE STORE ORDERS
Biscuit online store orders begin processing immediately and typically ship the same or next business day from Saint Paul, Minnesota. Shipping speeds range from 1 to 5 business days. Confirmation emails will be sent once the order is shipped and will include the tracking number. CUSTOM UNIFORM & APPAREL ORDERS
For all custom Uniform and Apparel orders, our production timelines are 5-7 weeks, and your product will be shipped via FedEx or USPS Ground service upon completion. All orders are shipped from Saint Paul, Minnesota. Shipping times range from 1 to 5 business days. Confirmation emails will be sent once the order is shipped and will include the tracking number(s). If you require expedited shipping please call us Toll-Free at 855-978-6888 or email us at sammy@black-biscuit.com. Please note that expedited shipping will incur additional costs.
Can I get tracking updates for my order?
Once your order ships you will automatically be emailed a notice of shipment along with the tracking number for your shipment.
Do you ship and sell internationally?
Black Biscuit does ship internationally, but you cannot order products from our online store for international delivery. Please email us at sammy@black-biscuit.com with the items you are looking to purchase and your address, including country. We will get back to you with pricing and delivery times. If you are looking to purchase custom team uniforms or apparel, please emails us at sammy@black-biscuit.com and let us know what you are looking for.

We’ll have promotional codes every now and then. The best way to make sure you’re up to speed on the latest sales is to sign up for our newsletter where we email you about sales, promotions, and new product developments. Custom Uniforms
What is sublimation?
Sublimation is a method of printing graphics onto apparel and other items. A specialized printer is used to arrange the dye onto transfer paper at a resolution of 720 dpi. The transfer is then applied to the garment by using heat and pressure to turn the dye into a gas, where it permanently bonds to the polyester molecules in the fabric. The result is a high definition image permanently encapsulated in the fibers.
Computer generated graphics mean you can include as many images and colors as you like at no extra cost. Once printed, the graphic will never peel, crack, fade, or bleed. There is no texture to the ink and the fabric remains breathable, so our printing provides maximum comfort. Also, with sublimation we are able to offer no minimums on reorders. There is a small upcharge for reorders under 6 pieces, however. Contact us for reorder pricing.
What is tackle twill?
Tackle twill is an embroidery method that involves sewing custom-cut twill patches or appliqués onto fabric. This method is used most often for letters or numbers, but any shape or design can be custom cut and sewn onto a garment. It’s one of the most durable customization methods available. We specialize in combining tackle twill with our custom sublimation to give your uniforms that professional look and feel.
