Ordering Process

Reach out to us to kickstart your order. If you already have an idea of what you’re looking for, tell us all about it and our design team will help bring it to life. If you’re unsure on what exactly you want—don’t worry. The Biscuit designers can get creative and come up with something that'll knock your socks off. Our talented design team will work with you to make sure you look as good as you play.

Design fee is just $150 and can be initiated right online. (large and or extremely in depth designs might be additional.) Any vector artwork you can send us will help streamline the process and minimize the design fees. We are NOT A template company so when you have a vision we ask you to email us and be as specific as you can be with respect to what your uniform wants to look like in terms of colors, logos, etc, if you have logo(s), sponsor logos we will need them in vector format.

To begin the design process you can pay your design fee here. We will begin the design work once we see the payment go through.

Typical design turnaround is 1-3 days, depending on the complexity of the design. Once we send you a design, we will offer you two free changes, so we suggest setting aside one week total for the creation and revision of the artwork.

Once you’ve chosen the final artwork, submitted a completed order form, and made payment, Black Biscuit will put the order into production. 

To expedite the process, we recommend providing us all of the information that is requested on the order form before the final artwork is complete. Incomplete order forms will delay submission of orders for production.

During the production process, Black Biscuit will email you a print proof for your approval. Once approved, we will go to final production. 

From the date the order was placed, please allow 5-6 weeks for manufacturing plus standard ground shipping. If ordering custom inline hockey pants, allow one additional week for production.
